CHAPTER 114 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WINCHESTER TO TRANSFER CERTAIN PARK LAND TO THE CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF SAID TOWN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Winchester is hereby authorized to transfer the care, custody and control of certain park land from the board of selectmen to the conservation commission of said town to be used for conservation purposes. Said land is situated northerly of Horn Pond Brook Road, containing nineteen thousand seven hundred and twenty square feet, and bounded and described as follows:

WESTERLY by Town of Winchester - Park Land (Horn Pond Brook) in two courses 66.65' and 175.37';

NORTHERLY by Town of Winchester (School Dept.) in two courses 24.59' and 28.29';

EASTERLY by land now or formerly Winston & Suhirtharanjitham Rufnam and Vijayaratnasingam Ponnudurai; Dennis Boyer & Marion M. E. Dry; Peter N. Skerry; and Theresa M. Pacino 205.35;

SOUTHERLY by land now or formerly said Pacino, Richard J. & Patricia E. Winn, and Town of Winchester 147.47.
