CHAPTER 115 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE LEASING OF CERTAIN PARK LAND IN THE TOWN OF WINCHESTER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Winchester is hereby authorized to lease a certain parcel of park land located in said town to the trustees of the Winchester Museum Trust and to permit the construction of a building in excess of six hundred square feet, notwithstanding any restrictions or limitations on said land. Said parcel is bounded and described as follows:

Northwesterly by Shore Road 220'+;

Northeasterly by land of grantor - Town of Winchester 55'+;

Easterly by the top of banking along the edge of a body of water commonly known as Judkins Pond 195'+; and

Southerly by land now or formerly Aberjona Park Real Estate Trust Charles B. Westgate Trustee 191'+.
