Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section seventeen of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws, and notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, there shall be available for granting by the licensing authority of the city of Waltham no more than a total number of eleven licenses for the sale at retail of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises as authorized under the provisions of section fifteen of said chapter one hundred and thirty-eight.
