Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter three hundred and thirteen of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-eight is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The town of Plymouth, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of park land to Denis P. Candlen. Said parcel is bounded and described as follows:-
Beginning at a point at a concrete bound set in the ground and marking the southwest corner of a portion of Parcel B, containing approximately eleven thousand thirty-five (11,035) square feet of land and designated '17' on a "Plan of land in Plymouth, Massachusetts showing land to be exchanged by Denis P. Candlen and town of Plymouth", by Hood and Stefani Surveyors, Inc., Plymouth, Massachusetts and dated March 31, 1989, and to be recorded in the land court; thence
N 64< 30' 00" E a distance of one hundred forty and six one hundredths (140.06) feet to a point marked '23' on said plan; thence
S 27< 06' 00" E a distance of forty-five and sixty-two one hundredths (45.62) feet to a point marked '22' on said plan; thence
N 62< 54' 00" E a distance of ten and seventy one hundredths (10.70) feet to a concrete bound set in the ground; thence continuing in the same direction along an arc having a radius of 440.00 feet a distance of twenty-five and sixty one-hundredths (25.60) feet to a concrete bound set in the ground and marked '21' on said plan; thence
N 25< 32' 00" W a distance of forty-five and thirty-three one hundredths (45.33) feet to a point marked SB/dh as shown on said plan; thence continuing
Northerly in the same course a distance fifty-nine and sixty-seven one-hundredths (59.67) feet to a concrete bound set in the ground and marked '20' on said plan; thence
S 64< 04' 31" W a distance of one hundred thirty-nine and thirty-five one hundredths (139.35) feet to a concrete bound marking the northwest corner of said lot; thence
S 7< 36' 13" W a distance of seventy (70.00) feet to a concrete bound marking the place of beginning.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
