CHAPTER 147 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WESTWOOD TO BORROW MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPANDING THE NEW TOWN CEMETERY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section seven of chapter forty-four of the General Laws, the town of Westwood for the purpose of constructing the Phase II expansion, so-called of the new cemetery, including road construction, clearing, excavation and landscaping, including costs incidental thereto, is hereby authorized to borrow a sum not to exceed four hundred thousand dollars which shall be payable within ten years.
