Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Subject to the provisions of section fifteen B of chapter forty of the General Laws, the Lake Pleasant Water District and the Turners Falls Fire District are hereby authorized to grant certain easements in the town of Montague to said town of Montague.

Said easements are shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Proposed Easements for Sanitary Sewer Purposes Prepared by the Town of Montague", dated July 29, 1983, prepared by Almer Huntley, Jr. & Associates, Inc., 125 Pleasant Street, Northampton, Massachusetts to be recorded in the registry of deeds in the county of Franklin.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
