Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of South Hadley is hereby authorized to reimburse Primus Industries, Inc. the sum of nine thousand two hundred forty-five dollars and ninety-two cents paid to said town as personal property taxes in error for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and eighty-seven.
