Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section three of chapter forty of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the board of selectmen of the town of Littleton is hereby authorized to lease for a term not exceeding ninety-nine years the Houghton Memorial Building to the Littleton Historical Society for use as a historical museum and reference library.
