Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section forty-one of chapter seventy-one of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the school committee in the town of Medway shall notify in writing a teacher not serving at its discretion on or before May thirtieth whenever such person is not to be employed for the following school year.
