Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The Ipswich Housing Authority is hereby authorized and directed to designate the housing project development located on Leslie road in said town as Frederick Glen Woodworth Heights in honor of Frederick Glen Woodworth who donated the land on which the project is built. Suitable markers bearing said designation shall be attached thereto by the department of communities and development in compliance with the standards of said department.
