CHAPTER 216 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE GRANTING OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF BOURNE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 85 of the acts of 1990 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 14, the figure "33" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- #3.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect as of July twelfth, nineteen hundred and ninety.
