Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section forty-four E of chapter one hundred and forty-nine of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the school department of the town of Tyngsborough is hereby authorized to lease for a period of five years two portable classrooms from John Schiavi for ninety-seven thousand two hundred dollars.

SECTION 2. All action heretofore taken by the town of Tyngsborough in furtherance of the purposes of section one are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
