CHAPTER 235 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MILLIS TO REVOKE ITS ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN LAWS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Millis, acting by and through its town meeting, is hereby authorized to revoke the acceptance of sections sixty-nine C to sixty-nine F, inclusive, of chapter forty-one of the General Laws as voted by the annual town meeting of said town held on March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and seventy.
