Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 23E of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 26, the word "section" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- section, or

(f) any person employed by a school committee to provide services covered by this section.

SECTION 2. Said section 23E of said chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragraph:-

An applicant for a position with a school committee who has a valid athletic trainer license, shall be given hiring priority over an applicant without such license.
