CHAPTER 266 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MARTHA'S VINEYARD REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT TO CONVEY A CERTAIN EASEMENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Martha's Vineyard Regional High School District is hereby authorized to convey, upon such terms and conditions as said district shall determine, an easement over a certain parcel of land located in the town of Oak Bluffs to the Island Elderly Housing, Inc. for roadway and utility purposes.
Said easement is shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of land in Oak Bluffs, Mass. prepared for Island Elderly Housing, Inc." dated June 1, 1990, drawn by Scholfield Brothers, Inc. which is on file with said regional high school district.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
