CHAPTER 272 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF BRIDGEWATER STATE HOSPITAL TO SIGN AND FILE PETITIONS DIRECTLY WITH THE DISTRICT COURT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Paragraph (a) of section 18 of chapter 123 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "facility", in line 24, the words:- and the medical director of the Bridgewater state hospital.
