Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Hudson acting by and through its board of selectmen is hereby authorized to convey to P.V. Davis Construction Co., Inc. two certain parcels of land presently managed and controlled by said town and being a part of Riverside park. Said parcels are shown as Parcels B and D on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in HUDSON, MASS., Owned by: As Noted survey: Thomas Land Surveyors, Inc., 118 Forest Avenue, Hudson, Massachusetts, Scale: 1" = 40', October 5, 1989" containing 640 square feet and 4,611 square feet respectively.

SECTION 2. In consideration of the conveyance provided in section one, P.V. Davis Construction Co., Inc. shall grant to the town of Hudson two certain parcels of land shown as Parcels A and C on the aforesaid plan, containing 144 square feet and 2,010 square feet respectively.
