Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section twenty-three C of chapter fifty-nine of the General Laws is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Section 3A of chapter 60 of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 308 of the acts of 1989, is hereby further amended by striking out the third sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Every bill or notice for real or personal property tax shall have printed thereon in a conspicuous place the tax rate for each class within the town, as determined by the assessors.
