CHAPTER 295 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MASHPEE TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN FEE OVERCHARGES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Mashpee is hereby authorized to appropriate money for the payment of, and after such appropriation, the treasurer of said town is hereby authorized to pay the sum of two thousand one hundred and seventy-five dollars to Otis Trailer Village, Inc. and the sum of two thousand one hundred and seventy-five dollars to the Estate of Henry C. Labute, d/b/a Lakeside Trailer Park, such sums being reimbursement of overcharges of fees paid pursuant to the provisions of section thirty-two B of chapter one hundred and forty of the General Laws.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
