CHAPTER 304 AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN MEMORIAL AS THE OFFICIAL MEMORIAL OF THE COMMONWEALTH TO HONOR THE VIETNAM WAR VETERANS OF THE COMMONWEALTH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 2 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after section 33, added by chapter 106 of the acts of 1990, the following section:-

Section 34. The memorial to be constructed in the city of Worcester by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Trust, Incorporated shall be the official memorial of the commonwealth to honor the Vietnam War veterans of the commonwealth.
