Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section eight C of chapter forty of the General Laws, the town of Sunderland is hereby authorized to transfer from the conservation fund of said town, established under the provisions of section five and said section eight C of said chapter forty, the sum of fourteen thousand dollars from the interest portion accumulated to the general fund of said town to be appropriated for expenditure in fiscal year nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
