CHAPTER 315 AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN FINANCIAL CONDITIONS IN THE CITY OF CHELSEA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section 1 of chapter 147 of the acts of 1986 is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Such loan or loans shall be payable not later than the fiscal year commencing July first, two thousand and six.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and ninety.
