Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. For the purposes of fulfilling a moral obligation of the commonwealth, and notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, there is hereby appropriated the sum of sixty-eight thousand three hundred and thirty-eight dollars to be expended by the department of social services as payment for prior year expenses to the Cambridge hospital for services rendered pursuant to the direction of said department.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
