Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section twenty-six of chapter seven hundred and sixty-seven of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-one or any other general or special law or rule to the contrary, for purposes of chapter thirty-one of the General Laws and rules authorized thereunder, Frank Greco, an employee of the city of Newton shall be deemed to have been appointed on September eleventh, nineteen hundred and seventy-three.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
