CHAPTER 33 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF FIRE PREVENTION REGULATIONS TO ISSUE A CERTIFICATE TO JOSEPH O'REILLY AS AN OIL BURNER TECHNICIAN.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately issue an oil burner technician certificate, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter one hundred and forty-eight of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the board of fire prevention regulations is hereby authorized and directed to issue a certificate as an oil burner technician to Joseph O'Reilly of the city known as the town of Watertown, who was previously licensed to preform such work.

Approved May 17, 1990.
