Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 22 of chapter 31 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the third sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- In any examination, the applicant shall be allowed seven days after the date of such examination to file with the administrator a training and experience sheet and to receive credit for such training and experience as of the time designated by the administrator.

SECTION 2. Section 23 of said chapter 31, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence.
