CHAPTER 346 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MASHPEE TO ISSUE AN ADDITIONAL LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES NOT TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES TO TRIPLE "C" ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section seventeen of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the town of Mashpee is hereby authorized to issue a license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises to Triple "C" Enterprises, Incorporated, doing business as The Barn under the provisions of section fifteen of said chapter one hundred and thirty-eight. Said license shall be subject to all the provisions of said chapter one hundred and thirty-eight except said section seventeen; provided, however, that the licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of said license to any other person, organization, corporation or location; and provided, further, that this issuing of this license shall reduce by one any increase in licenses issued under the provisions of said section seventeen.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
