Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The deputy commissioner of the division of capital planning and operations is hereby authorized subject to the provisions of sections forty E to forty J, inclusive, of chapter seven of the General Laws to convey by deed, approved as to form by the attorney general, a utility easement in land within the Shawme-Crowell State Park, in the town of Sandwich to the Sandwich water district, subject to such conditions as the deputy commissioner in consultation with the department of environmental management may prescribe.

Said easement is shown on a plan of land entitled "Plan of Utility Easement in Sandwich, MA." by Kingsbury Surveying Co., Inc. dated February fifteenth, nineteen hundred and ninety which is on file in the offices of the Sandwich water district.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
