Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 19A of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the word "permits" and inserting in place thereof the words:- , and to any individual employed as a salesman for a licensee under section eighteen who is also an officer, shareholder or partner of such licensee, permits.
