CHAPTER 367 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING CERTAIN CONSUMER PRODUCT PRICING PRACTICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 184C of chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 49, the word "exclusive".
SECTION 2. Said section 184C of said chapter 94, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "by", in line 51, the following word:- color,.
