CHAPTER 374 AN ACT RELATIVE TO TRANSFERRING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND FROM THE DIGHTON FOREST COMMITTEE TO THE DIGHTON LOCAL HOUSING PARTNERSHIP AND THE DIGHTON HOUSING AUTHORITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Dighton, acting by and through its town meeting members, is hereby authorized to convey to the Dighton Housing Authority and the Dighton Local Housing Partnership a certain parcel of land from the Dighton Forest Committee. Said parcel of land is approximately 8.9 acres located on Tremont street being parcel 7, Map 3 on the Dighton town assessor's map.
