Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 209 of the acts of 1990 is hereby amended by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

Section 2. The conveyance described in section one shall be subject to such conditions and restrictions as the commissioner of the department of public health may deem advisable including the reservation of any easement or easements deemed appropriate by said commissioner for sewer and rain purposes.
