Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section thirty-two of chapter one hundred and eighty-four of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of food and agriculture is hereby authorized to release an agricultural preservation restriction now held by the commonwealth on land located in the town of Charlton containing approximately twenty-two thousand seven hundred and nineteen square feet of land.

Said restriction is shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Land Owned by Patrick Blomberg located on H.K. Davis Road, Charlton, MA." prepared by Jalbert Engineering, Inc., Sturbridge, MA. 01566; Scale: 1" = 40', January 31, 1990, to be recorded.

SECTION 2. The recipient of the release described in section one shall assume the costs of appraisals, surveys, and other expenses as deemed necessary by the deputy commissioner for the release of this restriction.
