CHAPTER 397 AN ACT RELATIVE TO PROTECTION OF THE RELIGIOUS RIGHTS AND PRACTICES OF CERTAIN PEOPLE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Chapter 201 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 51. It shall be the duty of all guardians appointed under this chapter to protect and preserve the ward's right of freedom of religion and religious practice.
