CHAPTER 406 AN ACT RELATIVE TO TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AT SOUTHEASTERN MASSACHUSETTS UNIVERSITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 90C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 56, after the word "seventy-five", the following words:- , any person appointed by the trustees of Southeastern Massachusetts university under section seventeen of chapter seventy-five B.
