Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section one hundred and forty-eight of chapter one hundred and forty-nine of the General Laws, the city of Gloucester is hereby authorized to implement a bi-weekly pay system for all city employees.
