Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Barnstable is hereby authorized to release, a certain conservation restriction, subject to the approval of the secretary of environmental affairs, given by Francis N. Hamblin and Alice C. Hamblin, and recorded with the Barnstable registry of deeds in Book 2831 at page 5. The town of Barnstable is hereby authorized to establish a trust fund consisting of the proceeds of a payment made by the said Hamblins in connection with this release, the income from which shall be used by the town for conservation purposes.
