CHAPTER 452 AN ACT RELATIVE TO A CERTAIN LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES IN THE TOWN OF ABINGTON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 526 of the acts of 1987 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 8 to 11, inclusive, the words:- ", that the licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of said license to any other person, organization, corporation or location; and provided, further".
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
