CHAPTER 46 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR MAKING CERTAIN TEMPORARY LOANS BY THE CITY OF CHICOPEE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 378 of the acts of 1984 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the word "three" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- six.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
