CHAPTER 460 AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN HONORARY TITLE OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN-EMERITUS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The department of public health is hereby authorized to designate a person "Emergency Medical Technician-Emeritus" if he has used the title of emergency medical technician under the provisions of section six of chapter one hundred and eleven C of the General Laws. Such person may not operate an ambulance or be an attendant thereon.
