CHAPTER 488 AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE TERMS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section eleven A of chapter thirteen of the General Laws, of the members of the board of allied health professions appointed to the term commencing January sixth, nineteen hundred and ninety-two, one athletic trainer, the occupational therapist assistant and the physical therapist assistant shall be appointed for a term of one year; one athletic trainer, one occupational therapist, one physical therapist and the physician member shall be appointed for a term of two years; and one athletic trainer, one physical therapist, one occupational therapist and the member who represents the general public shall be appointed for a term of three years. All subsequent appointments shall be for a term of three years, in accordance with the provisions of said section eleven A.
