CHAPTER 49 AN ACT INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WHICH THE COUNTY OF BARNSTABLE MAY EXPEND TO ASSIST IN THE INVESTIGATION, ARREST AND PROSECUTION OF PERSONS VIOLATING THE NARCOTIC DRUG LAW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 95 of the acts of 1969 is hereby amended by striking out the word "twenty", inserted by chapter 443 of the acts of 1971, and inserting in place thereof the word:- thirty.
