Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 150 of the acts of 1990 is hereby amended by inserting after item 3743-2036 the following item:- `tm;keep=no `tcol=6,B4;c1=1,9,tu,T;c2=1,78,tuc;c3=1,78,tuc;c4=12,53,tfh1;c5=16,49,tu;c6=66,13,tur `tc1 3743-2041 `tc4 For a grant for planning activities in the city of Revere in connection with the recovery from the fire of December, nineteen hundred and ninety, said funds to be allocated by the mayor of said city, as he deems necessary, to the city of Revere community development agency, provided, that such appropriation shall expire on June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and ninety-two `tc6 $100,000 `tcol;end

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
