Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the award of a contract by the town of Marblehead to the Xerox Corporation for the lease/purchase of a copy machine and all actions taken pursuant to said contract are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if such contract had been awarded pursuant to the provisions of all general and special laws. The town treasurer of the town of Marblehead is hereby authorized to make all payments due to Xerox Corporation pursuant to said contract.
