CHAPTER 55 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MARBLEHEAD TO PAY A CERTAIN UNPAID BILL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town treasurer of the town of Marblehead is hereby authorized to pay from available funds to the Dec-Tam Corporation, the sum of one hundred twenty-one thousand three hundred and eighty dollars for asbestos abatement and removal in school buildings, notwithstanding the failure of said town to comply with the provisions of any general or special law.
