CHAPTER 84 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SANDWICH TO GRANT A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN CONSERVATION LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Sandwich is hereby authorized to grant an easement in certain conservation land to the Sandwich Water District for the installation, construction and maintenance of a water storage tank, pipeline and related utilities and structures.
Said easement is shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Sandwich, Massachusetts showing Easement for Sandwich Water District" dated October sixteenth, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine, as drawn by Kingsbury Surveying Company, Inc.
