Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The division of capital planning and operations, acting for and on behalf of the commonwealth, is hereby authorized to grant by deed, approved as to form by the attorney general, a permanent easement over a parcel of land located in the town of Bourne and described in a deed recorded in the registry of deeds in the county of Barnstable in Book 3498, Page 92 to the following owners of the following described properties or to any future owner of any or all such property as hereafter described:-

LOT # 1: owned by: Ronald M. Mollica and Vera M. Mollica, described in a deed recorded at the registry of deeds in the county of Barnstable in Book 1767 page 28.

LOT # 2: owned by: John J. Mollica and Barbara Mollica, described in a deed recorded at the registry of deeds in the county of Barnstable in Book 1776 page 19.

LOT 33: owned by: Albert J. Timo and Marilyn R. Timo, described in a deed recorded at the registry of deeds in the county of Barnstable in Book 1776, Page 17.
