CHAPTER 90 AN ACT RELATIVE TO EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEDURES FOR THE NORTHERN BERKSHIRE INDUSTRIAL PARK AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Paragraph (k) of section 4 of chapter 758 of the acts of 1985 is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The provisions of section forty of said chapter seventy-nine shall apply to any taking by the corporation.
