CHAPTER 102 AN ACT ABOLISHING THE LYNN PORT AUTHORITY IN THE CITY OF LYNN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter ninety of the acts of nineteen hundred and thirty-four is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

Approved July 2, 1991.
