Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The skating rink located on Williams street in the city of Taunton shall be designated and known as the Theodore J. Aleixo, Jr. Skating Rink, in honor of Theodore J. Aleixo, Jr. and his twenty-two years of service as mayor and state legislator. A suitable marker bearing such designation shall be attached thereto by the department of environmental management.
